Ammon Ridge House

Ammon Ridge House is a two-storey house with upper level kitchen & living with reverse cycle air-conditioning to upper levels.  It can sleep up to 10, with 2 x double beds, 2 x bunk bed and 2 x single beds and an extra 2 single matresses for the floor, 2 bathrooms & toilets, and games room.

A large north facing balcony on the upper level allows you to take in the glorious 360 degree views of the ocean, coastline, golf course and regional bushland in idyllic conditions, while the kids have plenty of room to play in the rear grassed secure backyard or open front lawn and massive blue stone parking area.

The house provides the following; kitchen fully equipped, electric oven & stove, microwave, fridge, island bench, TV, DVD, iPod & portable bluetooth speakers, hammock, outdoor table & chairs, washing machine, clothes line, outdoor 4 burner plate BBQ, fire pit, outdoor shower, drinks esky, basketball hoop.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

You will need to provide:

• your own linen. All beds have doona’s.
• your own food & drink
• your own bath & beach towels
• beach tent, boogie boards, fishing gear, etc
• an appetite to relax and a good book or iPad
