About the Stay
Ledge Point is a peaceful coastal town 90 minutes north of Perth and 10 minutes drive from Lancelin. Our accomodation, Ammon Ridge, is high on a ridge giving envious coastal views. A low-key getaway with beautiful beaches, no big crowds, ocean views and space to unwind.

House Amenities
The house is set up for easy, comfortable group stays, sleeping up to ten guests with plenty of room to spread out. Enjoy outdoor spaces including a BBQ area and decks with coastal views, a functional kitchen for shared meals, two bathrooms for convenience, a laundry and an integrated entertainment system and WiFi for relaxed evenings together. Ammon Ridge has a minimum 2 nights’ stay booking requirement.

What Do I Need to Bring?
All bed linen and towels: sheets, doona covers, pillowcases; beach and bath towels.
There is no charge for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to your booking start date. A charge of one night’s fee will apply for cancellations within 7 days of your booking start date.
Is there a shop at Ledge Point?
Yes, the Ledge Point is shop is stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables and essential foods. Coffee and burgers and ice are available. They have Post Office service, a liquor store together with diesel and ULP.
