Ledge Point is a peaceful, low-key getaway with beautiful beaches only 1.5 hours north of Perth’s CBD and 10 minutes drive to Lancelin.
Beach
The endless stretch of coast offers swimming, surfing (of small waves), snorkelling (off reefs and Gilt Dragon shipwreck), fishing (both offshore and beach) and kite and wind-surfing. 4WD access to the beach is at selected areas.
Country Club
The Ledge Point Country Club offers lawn bowls, a bar and restaurant minutes walk from our accommodation.
Elevated Holiday by the Sea
Ammon Ridge offers spacious accommodation for 10 people. 2 bathrooms and functional kitchen with central workspace. WiFi and Integrated Entertainment System. Multiple outdoor areas including BBQ.
We have a 2 night minimum booking policy to enhance your holiday experience.
What Do I Need to Bring?
All linen (sheets, doona cover, pillow cases) and towels (beach and bath)
How Do I Book?

Is a Deposit Required?
Yes, a ???% deposit is required to ensure your booking. An email will be sent to confirm your dates. The full balance is due ??? days prior to your stay.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations prior to 7 days’ notice will receive a full refund. A charge of one night’s fee will apply if you cancel within 7 days of your stay.
Is there a shop at Ledge Point?
Yes, the shop is stocked with essentials (fruit and veg); ice; liquor; coffee and burgers. There is a Post Office service and diesel and ULP too.
